Today the children from Year's 3,4 and 5 participated in the Boogie Bounce. This is a high-tempo exercise in which the children perform energetic manoeuvres whilst trampolining and keeping in time to the beat of the music. We are certain that they managed to burn off a combined 10,000,000 calories and have great fun in the process.
