We have been understanding the seasons, how they are different, how we know which season we're looking at, what happens in each particular season. In one of our lessons, children brought in an item of clothing for a particular season. We tried to guess which season the clothing was for. We also designed an outfit for someone who was going on an expedition to the Antarctic and looked at what Scott and Amundsen wore when they went on their famous expeditions to the Antarctic.
