As a treat for all their hard work this term, class 4AJ made Chocolate Rice Krispy Cakes. We discussed how the chocolate changed state as it melted and then cooled again, going from a solid, liquid and returning back to a solid. We discussed how the particle model explains how particles behave when they are in the three main states of; solid, liquid and gas.
