In science this term we are learning about how to identify whether things are living, not living any more or have never lived. We took a wander around the playground to find out. If something meets all the criteria for MRS GREN they are living: MOVEMENT, RESPIRATION, SENSITIVITY, GROWTH, REPRODUCTION, EXCRETION and NUTRITION. This links nicely to our science last term where we were thinking about healthy living and what we need to do to keep our bodies healthy and working well.
