We discussed a dilemma that faced our heroine 'Rose Blanche' from our book we are studying in English. The children had to make up their minds about whether she should help some Jewish children imprisoned in a camp in Germany. They had to stand on one side or the other of a line and explain why they had stood where they had; they could also change their position if their minds were changed by another child's reasoning.
