Coolinge Community Youth Club

All members must complete a consent form and ensure they are on the club register. Everyone must sign in and out the safety reasons. All members must pay a weekly one pound sub (£1). This money is for club funds and will be used to pay for equipment and events. Reminders will be given to members if they forget to pay.

Club Information

The club operates within Christ Church Primary Academy umbrella but is distinct from the school. It is open from 3:15 to 5:15. It is a partnership club with other schools and voluntary organisations. Club facilities are on offer to any young people between the ages of 8 and 18 who live locally. Please ensure queries, suggestions and complaints are given to Club supervisor, staff or volunteers.

Our phone number is 07946652927

The club project workers are Sandra Hepburn and Janet Wang. If there is an urgent message or an emergency, while your child is attending the club, please use the above number.

Club Committee

All decisions are made through the club committee and anyone is welcome to join. Please let us know if you are interested.

We have an adult to young people ratio of 1 to 10, to ensure we can provide a safe and enjoyable club. We are always looking for volunteers and this will help us to allow more members to join. Each volunteer allows us to take on ten new members. Please get in touch with us any time.

Refreshments will be available during club hours. We will provide food and drink. We are part of a Healthy School and Communities initiative and we therefore cannot provide on a regular basis, drinks or food containing sugar. On occasion, we will have treats for instance at fundraising events such as discos.
