Water Safety
We had the privilege of welcoming Stephen and Haico from the Folkestone Watch Station in to school this morning. They spoke to all the children about how to keep safe at the coast and left us all with very clear safety messages.

A water safety poster competition has been launched with children from Years 4-6. The final 12 in the competition will have the exciting opportunity to visit the Watch Station on the East Cliff and be able to experience using the equipment and be 'eyes on the coast' for a morning.
Please encourage your children to enter. Completed posters to myself or Mrs Bird by Friday please.
Designs should be A4 size- with a 4cm blank space along the bottom edge. Name and age written on the reverse in pencil please.
Children can design these at school during 'Flourishing Time' in the morning or at home.
The overall winner will have their professionally produced and on display at the water safety trailer on the Harbour Arm.
