As part of our science topic of the term , 'Properties of Materials' we tested how much water different types of material can absorb. We chose to look at toilet paper, green paper towel, j-cloth and blue paper towel. The children worked in small groups and after a lot of splashes all groups came to the conclusion that the j-cloth absorbed water the best while the abdorbancy of the school'system toilet paper was the worst.
