On Tuesday we looked at 3 pieces of Art which are loosely related to our theme of the term, Land Ahoy. Children were asked to look closely and desctibe describe what they can see. We wondered what might have happened to the ship in the storm and how it's story might continue. Children thought about what type of music the picture might make and hummed their tunes. They also thought about ohow the concentric circles might have been printed, were they printed by one person or different people, all at once or one after the other.
